    I see you have made some shots with a bit side, however, those shots don't touch any cushion. So I was wondering what the point would be if I make a shot with side on it but doesn't hit the cushion to change its angle?

    • @BartonSnooker
      @BartonSnooker 4 дні тому

      Sometimes players get used to doing it just because it feels like it helps to flick the ball in a bit. I've done videos about. Maybe the one before this one. I didn't do it as a beginner, but once I was around 70-80 break standard, it was something I started to just naturally do once I had a good base level of potting angle recognition.

    does all pro aim at standing? to go to the next level , we need to stand to aim? I always aim bending down. I have play snooker for 40 years. I make 20+ break. best 40+. Pls advise should i change my aim to standing? Thank you

    • @BartonSnooker
      @BartonSnooker 5 днів тому

      Stand to get 90% of the shot line, then when you get down, you'll also do fine tuning to make sure everything looks perfect and you're ready to play the shot.

    • @BartonSnooker
      @BartonSnooker 5 днів тому

      Correct. At my level of skill I only require a second (longer when I was learning). Just because I can make it look easy at my level of skill, does not mean IT IS easy. It requires high level, dedicated practice.

    Very slick, and very fast too! Would actually love to see you, at least occasionally, do some videos where you challenge yourself - maybe see how fast you can clear up, then go for a 147 etc. Not sure I've seen anyone doing 147 speed challenge attempts on UA-cam. Too time consuming maybe.
